Inspired from the futuristic approach of the 1960’s, which marks the beginning of the space age, we playfully constructed the color palette to create a vibrant mood to make a connection with the youthquake of the era.
This project is a quest to create an amalgam of classic beauty and modern brutalism. We imagined Venus, the timeless classic of Botticelli, in an urban context surrounded by brutal architecture of Aldo Rossi in Gallaratese.
